Welcome to the official rules page of the AvertoxNetwork!
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all members, please follow these rules and guidelines.

1. ⚖️ General Rules​

1.1 By playing on the AvertoxNetwork, you accept all rules, which apply to every part of the server.
1.2 Use of servers and services is only permitted after reading and accepting the rules.
1.3 Every user must stay informed about rule changes independently.
1.4 Exploiting loopholes or gray areas will result in an immediate ban.
1.5 Ignorance is not a defense against punishment.
1.6 Open a ticket if bugs, problems, or questions arise.
1.7 Follow all instructions from team members.
1.8 Violating these rules may lead to warnings or bans.
1.9 The team reserves the right to change the rules at any time without prior notice.

2. 💬 Discord Rules​

2.1 Nicknames must not contain offensive or protected terms or names.
2.2 Avatars with pornographic, racist, or offensive content are forbidden.
2.3 Interactions with others should always be respectful; verbal attacks are strictly prohibited.
2.4 Recording conversations is only allowed with consent from all participants in the channel.
2.5 A kick or ban is never unjustified but serves as a reminder to reflect on behavior.
2.6 Discord permissions are granted for specific reasons only; open a ticket if needed.
2.7 The server team has full authority, and instructions must be followed without resistance.
2.8 Advertising of any kind is prohibited unless explicitly approved via a ticket request.
2.9 Sharing private data (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) is not allowed.
2.10 Playing music or transmitting unwanted sounds without permission is forbidden.
2.11 Connecting personal bots to Discord is prohibited unless used in designated channels.
2.12 All users must follow these rules and report violations immediately.

3. 🕹️ Minecraft Server Rules​

3.1 Provocations, insults, and racist remarks are prohibited.
3.2 Deliberate destruction of other players' buildings (griefing) is not allowed.
3.3 Advertising third-party services or servers is forbidden.
3.4 Skins with extremist or pornographic content are prohibited and must be changed upon request.
3.5 Exploiting bugs is not allowed.
3.6 Using hack clients or other unfair modifications may result in an immediate ban.
3.7 Building extremist symbols is strictly prohibited.
3.8 Provocations, insults, and racist remarks are also prohibited in chat.
3.9 Lost in-game values due to server errors or personal mistakes will not be refunded.
3.10 Circumventing the AFK plugin by any means is forbidden.
3.11 Redstone circuits and automatic farms may be restricted if necessary.
3.12 Intentionally causing server lags is prohibited.
3.13 Spawnkilling or spawntrapping is not allowed.

4. 🌐 Website Rules​

4.1 Respect user privacy and data protection at all times.
4.2 Do not attempt to bypass security measures or exploit website vulnerabilities.
4.3 Keep forum posts appropriate and constructive.
4.4 Multiple accounts and ban evasion are strictly prohibited.
4.5 Report technical issues through proper support channels.
4.6 Never share account credentials or access others' accounts without permission.
4.7 Follow proper formatting guidelines for forum posts and comments.
4.8 Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
4.9 Moderation decisions are final and must be respected.

5. 🚨 Rule Enforcement​

5.1 Staff members strictly enforce these rules across all platforms (Minecraft, Discord, Website).
5.2 Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent exclusion.
5.3 Team members have full authority over all matters related to rule enforcement and decision-making.
5.4 Punishment appeals can be submitted through our Discord server by following proper procedures.
